I am an FdSc Degree qualified, Person-Centred Counsellor (University of Brighton). Previous to this I attained a Level 1-3 qualification in therapeutic counselling.

Experience
Present - Working in private practice with adults and young people age 12+ with a a diverse range of issues, on a one to one basis in Seaford and Eastbourne.
Present - Working as a school counsellor in a Primary school, using play/creative based interventions to support children with a range of issues.
Present - Volunteer Counsellor at 'Holding Space', an organisation based in Eastbourne, supporting families who may be experiencing or living with mental health difficulties.
Previous - Bereavement counsellor, working with children and young people age 6-18 as part of the therapeutic team at St Wilfrid's hospice in Eastbourne.
Previous - working as a counsellor in a residential school with young people age 9-18 with a range of complex, social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). This means I am trained and qualified to a required standard and abide by their code of ethics and framework of good practice. This includes attending regular supervision.
I am covered by professional liability insurance and enhanced DBS checked.
